Refund Policy
Disclaimer:
This refund policy relates only to the various club merchandise the Club sells to members. Any issue with a club membership subscription will be dealt with by the Management committee, as club membership is covered by Articles 7, 8 and 9 of the club constitution.
Refund/Exchange
Bayside Off-Roaders Club acknowledges and understands that, sometimes you might need to return your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To return an item, please contact the club Merchandise Officer by email at merchandise@baysideoffroaders.com.au or by using the Contact Page on this website. You must quote your receipt number for the item you want to return.
Please choose carefully as Bayside Off-Roaders Club is under no obligation to provide refunds where you have changed your mind or made a wrong selection. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before proceeding with your order.
Please retain your proof of purchase.
Change of Mind
Bayside Off-Roaders Club is not obliged or required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind . You may negotiate the return of your items within 30 days of receiving your order by making written contact with us by email. If negotiations on the return take place, the final outcome will be determined by the club Merchandise Officer. Returns for refund or change of mind can only be requested via email. If we do agree to your ‘change of mind’ request, goods must be returned within our 30 days, in their original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We guarantee that the goods you receive from Bayside Off-Roaders Club will be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose for which they are sold, match the description and sample or of those goods on displayed on our website. Where an item is damaged, mis-bound, or faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please let the Club Merchandise Officer know within 14 days of receiving the goods. The Merchandise Officer will determine what will be the best way to proceed – whether to replace/exchange the item outright or refund the purchase price if a replacement is not possible.
Changes to this policy
Please note that this policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. We will post any policy changes on our website and if the changes are significant we will provide a more prominent notice.
