Complaints policy

Where a member of the club or a member of the general public raises a formal or informal complaint directly with Bayside Off-Roaders Club, Bayside Off-Roaders Club will make every effort (within their control) to resolve the issue directly and in a timely manner.

Generally, issues of concern are resolved with open dialogue at this stage. Where the participant is satisfied with the resolution, Bayside Off-Roaders Club will take action to produce the outcome agreed between the complainant and Bayside Off-Roaders Club.

Where the matter cannot be resolved by this method, or where the matter concerned is beyond the jurisdiction of Bayside Off-Roaders Club it is appropriate for the complainant to escalate the complaint to an external dispute resolution process.
